Dear BHS Families,

 

The Brentwood High School PTO promotes, coordinates, and subsidizes efforts that enhance and enrich the academic, fine arts, athletics, and musical excellence of BHS. Each year we ask you to Bridge the Gap by making a tax-deductible donation to fund the activities of the PTO and support BHS beyond what Williamson County can provide. Because of your incredible generosity, we exceeded our goal of $85,000 this past school year! THANK YOU for your outstanding support!

 

Here are just some of the remarkable ways your contributions benefited our students, teachers, and administration during the 2024-2025 school year: 

  • Enhanced classroom resources and technology (Individual student tables for on-campus AP testing, Media/TV & Film equipment)
  • Support of seminars and academic endeavors (PSAT workshop, speakers, college fair, academic awards ceremony, mid-term exam snacks)
  • Expanded elective programs and activities (Art classrooms received a replacement art kiln, Band & Chorus received sound shells, storage shelving for Theater/Drama, and the reupholstering of Library chairs)
  • Student Educational Support (Professional Development conference sponsorship for BHS Instructional Coach, Funding for one Academic Advisor for DECA National Competition Trip)
  • Hospitality events for our faculty (New Teacher luncheon, Teacher Appreciation Week, nine faculty meals, holiday sweet treat) and bus driver appreciation (co-sponsored breakfast with BMS)
  • Upgraded facilities and learning environments (campus beautification & landscaping, fenced area around dumpsters with blue privacy slats)

BHS sponsors several wonderful events throughout the school year. These events are sponsored/led by the Student Government Association (SGA) or BHS faculty - not the PTO. Parents will be contacted by the BHS faculty sponsor or grade-level Assistant Principal specific to the event to share details, sign-ups, and other pertinent information as well as to potentially ask for donations or volunteer assistance.
